• Nimitta, is a full service real estate company based in Pune. It is founded by Prashant Chordia who is an architect by profession from 1995, from Pune University.
• Prashant is a visionary for designing life-centric space designs where life and humanity can thrive together. The journey began when he practiced to design and explore the space designs for the first 5 years, where he found it is important to bridge the gap between Architect and land developers. Hence he became an instrument to bridge the gap by providing transparent, professional and end to end services where projects came to life.
• Hence was the inception of Nimitta.
• Nimitta, has been growing ever since. Prashant believes Architect shapes emotions of society has been doing his work successfully since 25 years.
• Furthermore, Nimitta has been instrumental in acquiring 1000 acres.
